Engineer Osanyinbi graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1982. After the mandatory National Service, which he did with Y. Momoh and Sons Construction Company, he got appointment with CAASO Constructional Works Limited in 1983 as an engineer. Here he handled various road and bridge projects in different parts of the country.
He later joined the Ogun State Local Government Service Commission as Head of Works and Housing department. Due to his exemplary performance here, he was appointed as a member of the Governing Council of Ogun State Polytechnics between 1996 and 1999.

He retired from the services of Ogun State Civil Service Commission in 1999 and joined the services of Guffanti Nig. Plc, one of the foremost civil engineering construction companies in Nigeria, as Project Engineer. Here he was fully exposed to internationally acceptable civil engineering project design and construction standards.
He later continued his brilliant career by working with Engineering Consulting Companies and electricity energy companies before joining the services of Szotyola Energy in 2015.
