After the National Youth Service year, he joined the services of Nigerdock Nigeria Limited in 1990 as Maintenance Technologist. His major duties here as follows:

• Repair and maintenance of machines and equipment;
• Repair and servicing of electronic and electrical equipment on ships; and
• Provision of general support services.

In 1995, he joined the services of ABB in Lagos as Power System Communications Engineer. He was involved in:

• Installation and commissioning of ABB Power Line Carrier (PLC) equipment nationwide;
• Installation and commissioning of SOPHP PAX;
• Maintenance of PHCN system communication network;
• Coordinating activities of the installation and maintenance team.

In year 2002 he was promoted to Assistant Head of Department for Marketing and Sales. His major responsibilities here were Tenders Preparation, Contracts Negotiation and Consultancy. He covered the whole country in this position.

He joined the services of Siemens Limited Nigeria in 2006 and was there till 2012. Here he was also responsible for:

• Installation and commissioning of Siemens (PowerLink) PLC equipment in PHCN Network;
• Installation of associated equipment (LMUs, Linetraps, etc.);
• Installation and commissioning of MDS microwave radio equipment;
• Integration of new installations with existing ones and into existing databases;
• Maintenance of all these equipment.

He moved to Telemit International Limited as Commissioning Engineer in 2012. He was involved in maintenance of PHCN SCADA project; integrating new installations with existing ones and documentation.

He joined the services of Szotyola Energy in 2014.

In the course of his career, he attended a lot of trainings in and out of Nigeria.
